Editorial Policies

It is important to understand the significance of editorial policies. These policies are essentially a set of guidelines that are established by the publisher to regulate the content of the publications. They provide a clear direction to the editorial staff and ensure that the work is accurate, well-formatted, and meets the publication standards. Some of the common editorial policies include guidelines related to topics, language, accuracy, formatting, and publication standards. By adhering to these policies, we can maintain the integrity and credibility of our publications.

Open Access:
Open-access (OA) literature is digital, online, and free of charge. It removes price barriers and permission barriers, making research articles accessible to everyone. The copyright of the author is protected, and the only role of copyright in this domain is to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited. Join us in supporting OA literature and making research accessible to all.
More at

Peer Review:

We adhere to single blind peer review. But, if authors want, they can opt for double-blind peer review by leaving their names and affiliations out of the manuscript and only including them in the cover letter.

Article Processing Charges:

IJGH want to emphasize the importance of Open Access journals. These journals provide free access to research for people all over the world. To support this model, we collect a one-time charge from authors for publishing their work. You can find more information about these charges on our website.

Funding Disclosure:

Funding details will be provided in the actual paper as well as in the article's online and PDF versions. Only if there are any financial details are they included in this section.

Animal Research:

Laboratory animals must be treated with care and in accordance with established rules. Failure to take necessary precautions during experiments will be considered a violation of the law. We have a zero-tolerance policy for scientific fraud and falsely researched data, and any such misconduct will result in serious consequences. Additionally, we consider copyright violations to be unethical and will take appropriate action to address them. Thank you for your attention to these important matters.

Human Subjects Research:

It is important to ensure that all experiments are conducted with the agreement of all parties involved. This requires outlining potential outcomes and consequences of failure, as well as maintaining confidentiality and privacy as necessary. It is important to avoid using excessive rewards to manipulate individuals or the public.

Copyright and License:

We operate under the CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSE, which grants you the right to retain full copyright and publishing rights for your work. This license also allows for the copying and distribution of your articles, as long as you are properly cited as the author. All articles published under this license will be accessible to the public for free, and can be downloaded, replicated, and shared in accordance with the license terms. We are committed to making scientific research widely available and hope that this license will help achieve that goal.

We hold all individuals involved in the publishing process to a high standard of ethical behavior. We have outlined the expected ethical conduct for each role, and we also follow the guidelines set forth by COPE and ICMJE. We strongly encourage our editors, reviewers, and authors to visit the COPE and ICMJE websites to gain a deeper understanding of these guidelines.

Plagiarism Detection:

We use CrossCheck and Ithenticate to screen every paper carefully. If a manuscript is found to be plagiarized, it is desk rejected and the author is provided with a report for their reference. Unfortunately, plagiarism has become a mounting issue in recent times, which is concerning. As learned academicians, authors should be responsible enough to avoid such delinquency. We always encourage and support authors who maintain their originality and come up with novel ideas, as they are the ones who contribute to the advancement of science.

Duplicate Publication:

Falsification is the act of conducting research and recording it without following the necessary procedures to produce the desired outcome. As you can see, doing this is completely incorrect.

Corrections to Published Work:

Anytime necessary, corrections will be processed in accordance with COPE standards and noted by CrossMark in order to maintain the data's accuracy and up-to-dateness.

Advertising and Sponsorship:

We would like to clarify that we do not promote any advertisements in our journals. We do not display any advertisements on any part of our page, and we do not encourage third-party advertisements at present. While in-house advertisements may be considered in the future, we recommend that you consult us at [email protected] before making any decisions about borrowing ad space. As of now, we do not rely on any sponsorships. Thank you for your understanding.

Figure Quality:

It is essential to understand the importance of clear and informative figures. To achieve this, it is recommended that each figure be accompanied by a descriptive title and a detailed legend, which should be positioned immediately below the corresponding figure to ensure maximum comprehension.
