Specialized in IPA phonetic transcription in full segmental/suprasegmental features in several languages; conference interpreter in English, French and German; published several dictionaries esp. on proverbs.
Dr Yurtbaşı is currently teaching at the English Teacher Training Department of Bayburt University, Bayburt, Turkey.
