The responsibility of a reviewer is to uphold the rules for evaluating and accepting papers submitted to a publication. We think that most of the guidelines issued are already known to and accepted by experienced researchers and scholars. But for those who are just getting started with their reviewer responsibilities, they might be a big help.

Few important guidelines:

• Please do not hesitate to give an impartial review. Number of revisions can be addressed until the desired quality is achieved.
• Please reject the manuscripts which do not fall under the scope of the journal.
• In case of rejection please state the reason clearly and guide them for further action if required. (Ex: if the rejection is due to the improper language and good subject you can suggest them for language editing. If the rejection is due to the subject which is out of scope state it. Etc..,)
• Adhere to the quality of language. It must be understandable by the readers all over the world.

Ethical Obligations:

• Regardless of the author's ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, seniority, or affiliation with an organisation, the reviewer should give all manuscripts submitted for publication fair attention and evaluate them all according to their merits (s).

• The reviewer should consider manuscripts submitted for publication with all reasonable speed and attention. The sole responsibility for acceptance or rejection of a manuscript rests with the editor.

• Reviewers should only share information with persons from whom they are seeking professional assistance about a manuscript they are considering. Following a decision, the editor may reveal the titles of the articles' contents and the names of their authors.

• The reviewer should respect the intellectual independence of authors.

  Editorial consideration of the manuscript in any way or form by the author-editor would constitute a conflict of interest.

• Only with the author's permission may a reviewer use unpublished facts or interpretations given in a submitted manuscript in their own work.

• When a manuscript is so intricately linked to a reviewer's field of study as to present a conflict of interest, the editor should make arrangements for another qualified individual to assume editorial control over that submission.

• The author may ask the editor to forego using particular reviewers while evaluating a paper.

These are the general and ethical guidelines you need to adhere to achieve the quality output of a research paper.
