Aims and Scope

Journal of Advances in Nanotechnology (JAN) is an open access journal aiming to provide an international forum for research in the emerging and rapidly growing field of nanotechnology. 

JAN's main focus is to bridge the gap between academia and industry for understanding new developments in the field of nanotechnology. The journal covers topics such as nanochemistry, nanomaterials, nanomachines, nanoelectronics, design of novel nanotechnologies, their application in medical diagnostics, drug delivery, and other biomedical and environmental applications. All aspects of nanotechnology-related research, such as nanofabrication, nanodevices and nanocharacterization, nanotech applications, nanobiotechnology, and nanomedicine. It focuses on the new developments in the field of nanotechnology and provides a platform for the dissemination of ideas, information, and research results.

JAN is dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary research by providing an invaluable platform for authors to share their work and to promote collaborations among international scientists.  In addition to these, the journal also publishes special issues, which include invited contributions that focus on a particular topic or theme related to nanotechnology.
