Aims And Scope

 

Open Access Pub launches the Open Peer-Reviewed Journal -” Journal of Preventive Medicine And Care” The journal aims to cover the latest outstanding developments in the corresponding field.
 

One of the main aims of JPMC is to provide a platform for the dissemination of original research on preventive medicine and care practices. This includes research on the design, implementation, and evaluation of interventions and programs that aim to prevent diseases and other health conditions, as well as policy analyses and commentaries on current issues in preventive medicine and care. The journal also welcomes review articles, case studies, and perspective pieces from leading experts in the field.

 

The scope of JPMC is broad and encompasses a variety of topics related to preventive medicine and care. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

 

Primary prevention: This includes research on interventions and practices that aim to prevent the onset of diseases and other health conditions, such as vaccination, health education, and environmental health interventions.

 

Secondary prevention: This includes research on interventions and practices that aim to detect and treat diseases and other health conditions in their early stages, such as screening programs and early treatment.

 

Tertiary prevention: This includes research on interventions and practices that aim to minimize the impact of chronic or long-term diseases and other health conditions, such as rehabilitation and palliative care.

 

Health promotion: This includes research on interventions and practices that aim to improve the overall health and well-being of individuals and communities, such as physical activity promotion and nutrition education.

 

Chronic disease prevention: This includes research on the prevention of chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer, as well as the risk factors and behaviors that contribute to these diseases.

 

Mental health promotion: This includes research on interventions and practices that aim to improve mental health and prevent mental health disorders, such as stress management programs and psychotherapy.

 

Health behavior: This includes research on the social and psychological factors that influence health behaviors, as well as the interventions and practices that aim to modify these behaviors.
