Hypertension and Cardiology

Hypertension, a major global health issue, is estimated to affect 30% of the population in most of the developed countries. At present, hypertension is the leading cause of cardiovascular disease and death. Thus, an efficient diagnosis and treatment is necessary to reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack, and other cardiovascular complications.

 

Scope of JHC

JHC covers all aspects of the two topics, ranging from basic science to clinical hypertension and cardiology, and from lifestyle behavior to risk stratification and therapeutic interventions.

Submission Process

Authors submitting articles to the (JHC) should follow the instructions for authors, which are available on the website. Manuscripts must adhere to the journal's research and publication ethics. The Editorial office ensures a timely and efficient review process.

To prepare an article, provide a clear title page identifying the aim and scope of the article, and an abstract of no more than 300 words. Manuscripts should be written in English, follow the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) format, and include in-text citations and a bibliography.
 

Submissions can be made in two ways:

  • Offline: Submit your manuscript via email to our editorial office.

JHC provides free access to all published material. The journal’s article processing charges are highly competitive, making it a viable option for many authors. Hence, the operation of the journal is supported by the processing fees received from the authors. Processing fees are necessary to meet operational expenses.
