Food Analytical Methods

Food analytical methods are used to evaluate the quality, safety and authenticity of food products. These methods include physical, chemical and biological techniques that can measure the chemical and physical properties of food, such as nutrients, toxins, contaminants and food additives. They can also determine the presence of food-borne pathogens, adulterants and other undesirable components. These analytical methods are essential for ensuring the quality and safety of food products, as well as for verifying their authenticity. They are also important for assessing the nutritional value of food products and for ensuring compliance with government regulations.
