Flavonoids

Flavonoids are a group of plant-based compounds that contribute to the color and flavor of many fruits and vegetables. They are known for their antioxidant properties, which may help protect our bodies from oxidative damage and the development of certain diseases. Flavonoids also possess anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and possibly anti-cancer properties. Flavonoids are widely recognized for their potential health benefits, and are widely consumed through a healthy diet that includes plenty of fruits and vegetables.
