Overview

Exercise is an important factor in weight loss, as it increases the number of calories burned and helps the body break down fat. Exercise can be a helpful part of any weight loss program, as it helps to promote muscle growth, increase energy levels and improve overall health. Additionally, regular physical activity can reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and other medical conditions. Exercise can also improve mental health, mood, and self-esteem. There are a variety of exercises that can be done to aid in weight loss, including cardio activities such as running, walking, and swimming, as well as strength exercises like weight lifting and core training. By combining a healthy diet and regular physical activity, anyone can achieve their weight loss goals.
