Women's Mental Health
Women's mental health refers to the mental and emotional wellbeing of women throughout their lives. It can impact how women think, feel, and act in response to experiences, both positive and negative. Mental health issues are common among women, and can be caused by a variety of factors such as stress, hormonal changes, a traumatic event, physical illness, or family history. Poor mental health can lead to problems with self-esteem, relationships, and overall wellbeing. With proper screening, diagnosis, and treatment, women can experience improved mental health. Treatment options can include therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, and support groups. Creating awareness and providing education around women's mental health is important for improving care and well-being.
