Habits

Habits are a type of behavior or task carried out regularly; typically with a certain degree of regularity and consistency. Habits form from repeated action reinforced over a period of time, and are often performed without conscious thought. In psychology, habits can be formed from as few as five repetitions and are often used as an indicator of behavioral change. Habits have a range of uses, including reducing the time and energy required to complete tasks, enabling faster and more consistent decision-making, and creating better mental health outcomes. They can also aid in building self-discipline and helping to maintain good physical health and well-being.
