Anxiety
Anxiety is a common psychological condition characterized by a state of apprehension, fear, or uneasiness. It can involve symptoms such as restlessness, increased heart rate, trouble concentrating, and difficulty sleeping. Anxiety is a normal response to stress and can be beneficial in some situations. It can help motivate a person to take action, mobilize energy, and remain alert. However, untreated or prolonged anxiety can become problematic and lead to a range of physical and mental health issues such as depression, addiction, and social isolation. Treatments for anxiety typically involve cognitive behavioral therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, and/or relaxation techniques.
