Rainforests

Rainforests are lush, biodiverse ecosystems found in tropical, subtropical, and temperate climates around the world. They are home to a wide variety of plants and animals and are important to the global environment and climate, providing us with vital resources such as clean air and fresh water. Rainforests also play an important role in reducing global warming, as they store a large amount of carbon dioxide. In addition, rainforests are important for tourism and are a major economic resource for many countries. Finally, rainforests provide valuable medicinal plants and other natural products, which are used to develop medicines, treatments, and cures.
