Tissue Distribution
Tissue Distribution is a technique used to measure how much of a substance is present in different parts of the body. This technique is especially useful for exploring how medications, medications metabolites, or other substances are distributed in the body and how this distribution may affect health. This technique can also be used to help identify the causes of disease, design treatments, and optimize drug delivery. Furthermore, tissue distribution techniques are used to investigate the relationship between drug-metabolizing enzymes and their substrates in different organs, as well as helping to ensure the safety of new drugs by measuring their concentration in various tissues.
