Overview

Exercise is an important part of maintaining bone health as it stimulates bone formation and strengthens bones. Regular exercise, such as weight training and running, increases bone density and reduces the risk of developing osteoporosis. Research has shown that exercise not only strengthens bones, but also helps build muscle, improve balance, and reduce stress. Exercise can also help reduce the risk of other health problems, such as heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. Exercise is an easy and accessible way for people of any age to improve their overall health and can be a vital part of any lifestyle.
