Aerobic Exercise

Aerobic exercise is any activity that increases the body's need for oxygen, such as running, walking, cycling, swimming and dancing. This type of exercise strengthens the heart and lungs, increases the body's ability to use oxygen, and thus improves overall health and fitness. It also helps the body burn calories more efficiently, promoting weight loss and improved fitness. Aerobic exercise is a great way to improve mental health as well, as it helps reduce stress and anxiety and improve mood, and it can help manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and depression.
