Obesity

Obesity is a major health concern worldwide and is associated with an increased risk of many diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and certain types of cancer. It is characterized by excess body fat and can be measured by calculating a person’s body mass index (BMI). The best way to combat obesity is through a combination of healthy eating and regular physical activity, which together can help people to maintain a healthy weight and reduce their risk of developing obesity-related diseases.
