Overview
Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS), is a sleep disorder characterized by frequent pauses in breathing during sleep due to the narrowing or complete obstruction of the airway. It may disrupt normal breathing patterns and lead to serious medical consequences, including fatigue, depression, and even cardiovascular problems. Treatments for OSAHS include lifestyle modifications and medical interventions like CPAP therapy and surgical procedures. Early diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS can help to improve quality of life and reduce the risk of related medical complications.
