Overview

Deep Sleep Therapy (DST) is a form of therapy that utilizes the power of sound and music to treat a variety of sleep issues, such as insomnia and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). During a session, a therapist creates a calming environment filled with soothing music and sounds, while the patient relaxes and falls asleep. Research has shown that Deep Sleep Therapy has the potential to improve sleep quality, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall mental and physical health. Therapists also use DST to treat a variety of sleep disorders, including narcolepsy, night terrors, and sleepwalking. Additionally, DST can be used in conjunction with other therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to increase the effectiveness of treatment plans. By using the power of sound and music to relax and soothe the body and mind, Deep Sleep Therapy has become an effective treatment for manySleep Disorders and can be used to help improve overall health and wellbeing.
