Muscle Fatigue
Muscle fatigue is a physical phenomenon in which muscles are unable to produce force, resulting in a decrease in performance. It can result from too much physical exertion or from not getting enough rest. It is a normal and expected part of exercise, as it is a sign that the muscles are working hard. Muscle fatigue can also be a sign of overtraining, inadequate nutrition, or a medical condition. It is important to recognize the warning signs of muscle fatigue and to adjust physical activity accordingly to prevent long-term damage. Additionally, proper nutrition, adequate rest and recovery, and appropriate exercise methods can all help reduce the effects of muscle fatigue.
