Fatigue

Fatigue is a condition of feeling tired and exhausted that cannot be relieved by rest. It can be caused by both physical and emotional factors and is a common symptom of many illnesses, including mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. Fatigue has a significant impact on an individual's ability to function in everyday tasks and may interfere with school performance and work productivity. Managing and treating fatigue is important for improving overall quality of life, which can be accomplished through lifestyle changes, diet, physical activity, stress and emotional management, and medical or mental health treatments if necessary.
