Robotic Surgical Instrumentation
Robotic surgical instrumentation is a set of robotic tools and devices that are used in minimally invasive surgeries to increase accuracy and precision, thus reducing surgical time and errors. The robotic instruments are able to access difficult anatomical areas and aid in complex surgical procedures. These instruments are also capable of performing tasks, such as suturing, cutting, and cauterizing, which results in a shorter operating time, shorter recovery time, and lower risk of complications. Robotic surgical instrumentation is increasingly being used in fields such as gynecology, urology, and cardiology, making minimally invasive surgeries safer, faster and more effective.
