Psycho Physiology
Psycho physiology is the study of the interactions between the mind and the body. It investigates how psychological processes affect the nervous system, endocrine system, and other bodily systems and functions. It is a growing field of research, as advances in science have allowed researchers to understand more about the relationship between mental and physical health. Psycho physiology can help provide insight into psychological issues such as stress and anxiety, as well as help improve physical health. It can also be used to diagnose and treat various disorders, such as depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Additionally, psycho physiology can be used to measure and monitor the impact of mental health treatments such as psychotherapy, medication, and lifestyle changes.
