Biofeedback

Biofeedback is a technique used to monitor and control the body's physiological responses in order to improve physical health. This technique involves the use of electronic monitoring devices, such as sensors, to measure the individual's physical responses, like skin temperature, muscle tension, heart rate and breathing rate. This data is then fed back to the individual in order to allow them to consciously modify their own bodily responses. Biofeedback has been found to be beneficial in treating various physical and mental health issues, such as hypertension, chronic pain, depression, migraines and stress. As a result, using biofeedback is a safe and non-invasive way to gain control over the body and improve overall physical and mental well-being.
