Overview
Psychotherapy is a type of treatment used to help people with mental health conditions to manage their symptoms, gain insight into challenging situations, and better understand themselves and their relationships with others. Psychotherapy can help people develop skills to cope with difficult emotions, understand thoughts and behaviors, and make healthier decisions. With the guidance of a trained therapist, individuals can learn to recognize and cope with stressors, improve communication, build relationships, and ultimately improve their overall mental health.
