Climate Change and Global Warming
Climate change and global warming refer to an increase in the average temperature of the Earth’s atmosphere and oceans. This phenomenon is driven by human activities such as the burning of fossil fuels, deforestation, and intensive agricultural practices. Climate change is leading to a number of consequences, including sea level rise, extreme weather events, displacement of species and populations, and decreased access to clean water and agricultural resources. It has a significant impact on human health and security in many parts of the world. Climate change is a major global challenge, requiring coordinated action by governments, businesses and people to reduce emissions, protect resources and develop resilient societies.
