Global Child Health
Global child health is an important field of public health that seeks to improve the health, survival, and well-being of children around the world. This includes tackling critical problems that disproportionately affect children, such as childhood malnutrition and infectious diseases. Global child health initiatives also aim to reduce health inequalities, promote preventative measures, and work towards improving access to healthcare services for all children. These efforts are critical for achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal of reducing child mortality and ensuring a healthier future generation. Global child health initiatives have been shown to have a positive impact on reducing poverty, increasing educational attainment, and promoting economic growth.
