Overview
Childhood diseases are illnesses that occur during infancy and early childhood, many of which can be prevented or have available treatments to manage. Common examples include asthma, allergies, ear infections, polio, and measles. Such diseases are of significant concern for healthcare providers and parents, as these can cause serious complications in children if left untreated. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment of childhood diseases can prevent long-term health issues and enable children to reach their full potential.
