Seroprevalence

Seroprevalence is the measure of the proportion of a population that has been infected with a disease determined by the detection of antibodies in their blood. It is an important tool in epidemiological research for understanding the spread of a disease and assessing the effectiveness of public health interventions. It is also used to guide clinical decision-making and to allocate resources to areas that are most at risk.
