Cancer Therapy
Cancer therapy is a treatment used to combat cancer by destroying cancer cells and/or stopping their growth and spread. Cancer therapy involves a variety of treatments, such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, and immunotherapy, which are tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient. In combination, different types of cancer treatments have the potential to improve patient outcomes, reduce recurrence, and increase survival time. Cancer therapy has significantly advanced in the last few decades, providing more effective and less invasive treatments, allowing cancer patients to have better quality of life.
