Systems Science

Systems Science is an interdisciplinary field of study that applies systems theory to analyze and solve complex problems. It integrates multiple fields, such as engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, and biology, to provide a holistic understanding of complex systems. Systems Science is used to design and develop systems, understand the interplay between their components, and improve the efficiency of processes. It is important for improving the efficiency of complex systems such as those found in transportation, health, resource management, energy, security, and environmental management. Systems Science is also essential for improving our understanding of the world around us, from social networks to ecosystems.
