Stochastic Processes
Stochastic processes are collections of random variables, linked together through mathematical relationships, used to model uncertain dynamics. They are extensively used in many disciplines, such as finance, engineering and biology, to study random phenomena, simulate real-world events, and predict future outcomes. Stochastic processes can also provide insight into the behavior of complex systems, allowing us to better understand theoretical models. They are key to uncovering the effects of randomness on an entire system and are indispensable tools for decision-making in a variety of contexts.
