Overview

Relaxation time is an important process used to reduce stress and improve physical and mental health. It is a period of time dedicated to slowing down, relaxing, and allowing the body and mind to recharge. Relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, stretching, mindfulness, and progressive muscle relaxation can all be used during relaxation time to reduce stress and tension, improve focus and concentration, boost energy levels, and improve overall wellbeing. Relaxation time can be used to enhance feelings of peace, joy, and contentment, and to build resilience for future events.
