Phase Determination
Phase determination is the process of figuring out the physical state of a material, such as solid, liquid, gas, or a combination of the three. It enables scientists to study and understand how a material's physical state affects its behavior. For example, phase determination allows them to assess the solubility of a material, its reactivity, and its stability. Additionally, phase determination is important in many industrial and manufacturing processes, as it provides insight into the properties of materials and how they can be used to create products.
