Bladder Cancer
Bladder cancer is a type of cancer that affects the urinary system and is commonly found in the bladder. It is the fourth most common type of cancer in men and the eighth most common type of cancer in women. The signs and symptoms of bladder cancer include blood in the urine (hematuria), pain in the pelvis and difficulty or pain when urinating. Treatment for bladder cancer can include surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Early diagnosis and treatment can improve the chances of survival. Bladder cancer is a serious and potentially deadly condition, and its diagnosis and management require the expertise of a medical team.
