Conceptual Semantics

Conceptual Semantics studies how we understand the meaning of words and how language is used to create meaning. It is a cognitive-semantic field, exploring the structure of knowledge and the structure of language. It is used in various disciplines such as linguistics, philosophy, natural language processing, and artificial intelligence, as well as in social sciences such as anthropology, communication, and psychology. It is important for our understanding of how language works and its implications for how we interpret words. It is also useful for improving the accuracy of natural language processing technologies and Artificial Intelligence systems.
