Aims and Scope


Journal of Model-based Research is international Open Access, peer-reviewed journal which mainly concentrates on the mathematical, visual method of addressing problems associated with designing complex control processing, graphical and mathematical modeling of scientific models. JMBR accepts and publishes contributions in the form of Research, Review, Literature review, Conference proceedings, Case reports, Short communication, Thesis, Letter to the editor, and Editorials.


The journal provides an international forum for the cross-disciplinary exchange of ideas and practices among researchers from a wide range of disciplines. To this end, the journal aims to bridge the gap between theoretical studies and practical applications related to model-based approaches. The scope of the journal also includes the development, assessment, and optimization of model-based methods, tools, and techniques. It is hoped that these developments will facilitate the efficient use of model-based approaches in the advancement of science, technology, and society.


The journal focuses on publishing timely and high-quality research by following a rigorous review process. The journal also accepts technical and review notes, on topics related to its scope. All accepted manuscripts undergo a detailed peer review process before they appear in the journal.
