Pollution

Pollution is the introduction of contaminants into an environment that causes negative effects on the ecosystem, such as air and water pollution. Pollution can come from a variety of sources, including human activities like the burning of fossil fuels, agricultural activities and manufacturing processes. Pollution affects the environment in many ways, such as by changing the soil and water chemistry, affecting the biodiversity and reducing air quality. This can all lead to a range of negative impacts on human health and the environment. Pollution is one of the most pressing environmental issues of our time, and there is an urgent need to reduce and manage pollution to protect the environment and human health. Governments, businesses and individuals must work together to reduce pollution and create a more sustainable future.
