Goldfish

Goldfish (Carassius auratus) are a small freshwater fish that are kept as popular pets. Goldfish are a type of carp and are unique among fishes in that they can adapt to a wide range of environmental conditions. Goldfish can live in small aquariums as well as large outdoor ponds and can even survive in cold weather conditions that would kill off other fish species.
