Positive Psychology

Positive psychology is a field of study that focuses on improving the individual's overall well-being and performance using a range of positive psychological interventions. This includes the understanding and application of concepts such as optimism, motivation, resilience, and gratitude. Positive psychology is a relatively new area of research, but it has already made important contributions to our understanding of human functioning, flourishing and happiness. It has been used to help people increase their well-being, build better relationships, improve their job performance, and enhance their coping skills. Positive psychology has been applied in areas such as education, psychotherapy, health, business and more, and is likely to become an even more important tool for helping people to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
