Group Psychotherapy

Group Psychotherapy is a type of psychotherapy that involves a group of individuals meeting together to discuss their psychological issues. It is an effective form of therapy that can help individuals learn how to express and manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Group Psychotherapy enables participants to gain insight into themselves and their relationships with others, as well as to practice communicating and working through interpersonal conflicts. It encourages the development of social and problem-solving skills and can provide a sense of emotional support and belonging. Group Psychotherapy can be a beneficial treatment for individuals struggling with interpersonal issues, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and more.
