Family Therapy and Group Therapy
Family Therapy and Group Therapy are two forms of psychotherapy that are used to help individuals and groups of people understand and improve their behavior and relationships. Family Therapy focuses primarily on improving communication and understanding between family members, while Group Therapy focuses on increasing understanding and working together among a group of individuals. These therapeutic techniques have been used for decades to help people with a wide variety of mental health issues, from depression and anxiety to addiction and relationship problems. By addressing underlying family and group dynamics, these forms of therapy can help individuals and groups of people improve their overall wellbeing and functioning. Additionally, both Family Therapy and Group Therapy can be used to foster positive growth and a sense of community.
