Industrial Relations

Industrial relations also includes laws, regulations, and policies that govern employment relationships and collective bargaining. Industrial relations can have a major impact on both employers' ability to be profitable and employees' ability to have job security. Additionally, it ensures fair wages, workplace safety, and non-discriminatory hiring practices. By having a well-developed and regulated industrial relations system, businesses, workers, and the union are able to collaborate to ensure a more prosperous workplace for all.
