Demonstrate Failed Replications

Failed replications occur when a research study cannot be repeated and the results of the replication attempt do not match the initial results. Failed replications are important in scientific research because they indicate that an initial finding may not be accurate, and can lead to further investigation which can lead to a better understanding of the phenomenon being studied. Failed replications can also be used to confirm the validity of a research study and its findings, while providing an important quality-control measure when evaluating the results of scientific research.
