Ischemic

Stroke Ischemic stroke, also known as a brain attack, is a serious medical condition characterized by a sudden lack of blood flow in the brain from a blocked artery. It is the most common type of stroke and can lead to serious long-term impairments, disability and even death. The primary treatments for ischemic stroke are medications and/or surgery to restore blood flow to the area of the brain affected. Early diagnosis and treatment can significantly reduce the risk of long-term disability or death and improve patient outcomes. Ischemic stroke is a serious health issue and should be evaluated and treated by a doctor as soon as possible.
