Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of alternative medicine that involves applying pressure to specific areas of the body in order to alleviate stress, improve circulation and healing, and promote overall well-being. This technique is based on the belief that areas on the feet, hands and ears correspond to different organs and body parts. By applying pressure to these areas, reflexologists can stimulate the nervous system, reduce pain, and improve other medical issues. Reflexology is a safe, non-invasive, and relaxing therapy that has been used to treat a variety of conditions, both physical and emotional. It can be used to improve circulation and stimulate the immune system, reduce stress, improve digestion, and enhance relaxation.
