Dietary Supplements

Dietary supplements are products consumed to help meet nutrient needs. They provide additional nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fiber, fatty acids, or amino acids, which are not taken in sufficient quantities from a person's regular diet. They are intended to supplement the diet and provide essential nutrients to help maintain health. Dietary supplements are becoming increasingly popular due to the convenience of use, easy availability, and potential health benefits. They can help people fill nutrient gaps in their diets and have also been associated with reduced risk of chronic diseases.
