Culture Media
Culture media is a nutrient-rich environment used to grow cells in a laboratory. It is essential to biological research, as it makes it possible to grow and cultivate microbial and tissue cultures in vitro. Culture media can also be used in laboratories to identify various types of microorganisms by their colonization patterns, as well as track the progress of biochemical processes and cellular growth. Without culture media, analysis of the molecular basis of disease, bacteria, and viruses would not be possible.
