Chemotherapy

Chemotherapy is a type of cancer treatment which involves the use of drugs to destroy cancerous cells. It is used to treat a variety of different types of cancer and is often used alongside other treatments such as surgery or radiotherapy. The aim of chemotherapy is to reduce the spread of cancer and reduce the size of tumors. Chemotherapy is an important treatment for many patients as it can extend life expectancy and improve quality of life. It can also be used to reduce symptoms and can increase the effectiveness of other treatments when used in combination.
