Overview

Cell aging is the process by which cells become increasingly damaged over time, resulting in a decrease in their ability to function properly. This process is of great importance, as it contributes to age-related diseases and the eventual death of an organism. It is associated with both natural and lifestyle choices, such as smoking, lack of physical activity, and poor nutrition. Cell aging can be delayed through various means, such asstem cell therapy, antioxidant therapy, and lifestyle changes. By better understanding the underlying mechanisms of cell aging and how to prevent or delay it, scientists hope to improve the quality of life of individuals and help them live longer.
